Jody is Steve and Kathy Jo's daughter.  Jody first played a major role in Workamper News from 2006 to 2017.  Her husband, Luke, came on staff in 2010 and the two had their hands in everything Workamper News, along with completely re-designing the website and backend systems from 2013-2015.  They became fulltime RVers in 2014, and in 2017 decided it was time for a change. The couple traveled for a year in their RV and decided to settle for a couple years in the Pacific Northwest. The sold their fifth wheel and got a smaller Class C RV. In 2019, Jody returned to being a full-time staff member.  She is involved in all operations and development. Since she and Luke spend most of their time working, the Class C wasn't getting used often so they sold it in 2021 and now have a travel trailer.

Outside the office: Jody likes to spend time with her cat, Sadie, watching their favorite TV shows or working out. Jody and Luke were high school friends who reconnected via Facebook, and were married in September 2010. The pair enjoys trying out new breweries and loves to explore mountainous regions of the country.
