9 Ways Membership Makes Recruiting Easier

9 Ways Membership Makes Recruiting Easier

1. Awesome Applicants Resume database:  Our online resume database is filled with great Workampers looking for opportunities. You can do an advanced search, save resumes of interest, and rate them.

2. Verified work history on our Platinum members’ resumes. We verified their work dates and rehire status for you.

3. UNLIMITED $30 discounts to use towards Hotline ads and half price plain text ads in Workamper News magazine.

4. Create/Edit Your Employer Tour:  A mini profile to show off your Workamping environment. Type in a brief description of your location and facilities. Upload five photos showing off where your Workampers will be working and living.  Tours are online 24/7 and available to our Workamper members. If you run an ad in our magazine we will include a link or icon noting to Workampers that you have a Tour available.

5. Workamper News Magazine:  View the current and past issues online, plus receive each new issue in the mail.

6. Helpful Videos: Two online courses with videos to help you develop a recruiting process that works!

7. Workamper Experiences & Praise Your Employer:  Read and reply to what Workampers have said about Workamping for your operation, and see how many star awards Workampers have given you in the last two years.

8. Situations Wanted Ads:  You will find these “work wanted” ads in the Classifieds section of each magazine issue, and Workampers can post an online ad too. These ads will have information on the Workamper(s) and include a direct link to their Awesome Applicants resume if they have one available.

9. Hotline page. View your current Hotline ad, and see other employers’ ads. Hotline ads are received and posted daily. The Hotline page will show the last 14 days of ads.
