At RRM-CLM, most of our employment positions fall into two categories: Camp Hosts and Area Managers. Typically, our Managers advance into their role by beginning as a Camp Host. We recognize and promote our talented Hosts through our robust Management-In-Training Program. External Manager candidates are considered if skills and experience match our Company requirements.
The Campground Host position is typically filled by two people, but can be a single person role in certain locations. The primary objective is to provide a quality recreational experience for visitors within areas operated by the Company. The Campground Host will implement nearly all operational tasks required within their assigned campground or area.
RRM-CLM will pay for all hours worked and your Camp Host site. Exact season dates, hours, and other varying factors will be dependent on the campground location. We do our best to match employees to the location that works best for them.
